Premium Smooth Wall Flexible Chimney Liner Kit

316L Stainless Steel Premium Smooth Wall liners are used with fuel types such as wood, pellet, gas, oil, and coal.

The smooth interior liner allows 20% more BTU capacity for gas appliances and 15% greater GPH (Gallons Per Hour) firing rate for oil appliances. The Premium Smooth Wall liner is very easy to clean and extremely durable. The Premium Smooth Wall liner uncoils so smooth that it has zero memory or resistance! • 316L Premium Smooth Wall Chimney Liner - Zero memory offers superior flexibility than other liners. Manufactured from .010 316L stainless steel thickness offers more durability in tight installations. Air and water tight, manufactured with the highest quality, mill certified 316L stainless steel lining. Made in the United States. Used for fuel applications such as wood, pellet, oil, gas, and coal. 
• Note: The outside diameter is 1/8" larger than the size listed. Ex: 6 in. x 20 ft. measures 6 1/8" outside diameter.
• Note: You may need to slightly stretch the liner to decompress the joints and lightly pull the liner to it's full length.
• Connectors - Choose between the two-part Tee Connector or the Vertical Appliance Connector.
• The two-part Tee Connector is used to connect horizontally and features a removable horizontal snout for easy installation through your chimney thimble.
• Or, choose the Vertical Liner to Appliance Connector when you are connecting directly to the top of a fireplace insert. (If you're connecting vertically to the top of your appliance you will most likely need the liner to stove connector. If you're connecting or exiting the chimney horizontally you will most likely need the tee and tee clean out.)
• If you have a pellet stove and need a 3" to 4" tee simply choose it in the options above.
• If installing insulation, trimming back the insulation is necessary when connecting the liner to your connector. Note: The connectors for the Premium Smooth Wall liner will not work with any other liner on the market. Only connectors that are Premium Smooth Wall brand will work with this liner.
• Top Plate - Choose Between the Premium or Flat top plate featuring the quick connect system to easily install on your clay tile or chimney crown. Or a perfect fitting Quick Connect Terra-Cotta Top Plate that pressure fits with screws to the outside of the clay flue tile that protrudes from the chimney crown. Looking for an all in one top plate and rain cap. Choose between the Deluxe Terra-Cotta Top Plate with Hinged Rain Cap or the Deluxe Flat Top Plate with Hinged Rain Cap. The Deluxe models attach just as the standard top plate and are equipped with a hinged rain cap for easy access when you need to service the liner.
• Rain Cap - Quick connect square top cap with a screen enclosure to keep critters and debris out. The rain cap easily attaches to the top plate with our quick connect band clamp system allowing for easy installation and future cleaning and inspections.
