Fixed Elbow for Flexible Liners

Zach Clark went above and beyond working with me to find the exact parts I needed to install my wood fireplace insert. In addition to being very polite, he was both knowledgeable about his products but he also knowledgeable about the condition of my fireplace and local codes. I am an architect by trade, but I like to do my own projects, so this was a first-time installation for me. Thanks again to Zach for all his help.

I needed an elbow to get my chimney liner connected to my woodstove and I needed it somewhat fast. That said, when placing my order I asked via the virtual chat if they could get me pricing on a quick shipment. They were more than willing, but the price was astronomical, so I stayed with standard shipping. In the midst of discussing shipping options, I realized I ordered the wrong size. The gentleman said he was unable to give me an order change receipt, but promised me that he did change the order. I ended up getting the wrong size in the mail. You can imagine how upset I was!!! That said, I called the company on the spot to give them a piece of my mind. The gentleman who answered handled me very well and said he would investigate what went wrong as the notes did indeed indicate an order change. Within a few minutes he called back and asked if I’d gotten a UPS box or a USPS box. Little did we both know, the correct part was shipped and arrived that day as well. I’m giving a huge kudos for epic customer service and for handling jerks like myself so well. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Definitely highly recommend this product super easy to get down the chimney and adapt straight to your stove. Take me a little finessing to get my hole cut out to get the stove pipe to fit correctly but one in all came together it worked perfect not a single smoke leak anywhere didn’t use any sealer gaskets whatsoever, super tight fit with all the pieces came together nicely. Highly recommend epic draw as well.

So refreshing these days to deal with a company that has people answer the phone that know the product and can answer questions. Most just have some flunky looking at a answer sheet that has no idea of the product. Would highly recomend.
