Ordered an Osburn 1700 wood burning insert and some accessories to restore the usage of one of our fireplaces. The process was seamless and when the items arrived at our home, they were extremely well packaged, bubble wrapped, the insert was in a "palette box" completely wrapped in shrink wrap. Everything was well protected.

Would 5/5 recommend this company to anyone looking for an insert or accessories. Great to deal with, fast shipping, and when I had questions, they were fast with communication.

Custom chimney cap

Sides and width were perfect....the 8 1/4" holes were 8 1/2"....so was a problem with my 8" pipe...too much space to fill with caulk
