Help & Documents

DuraTech Class A Chimney Pipe is a double wall insulated chimney pipe ideal for venting residential heating appliances such as wood stoves, fireplaces, furnaces, boilers, water heaters and zero clearance factory built fireplaces. It is constructed with a 430 Stainless Steel inner wall wrapped with 1" thick ThermalTech insulation encased in a 430 Stainless Steel outer wall. This allows you to safely vent any residential heating appliance through a wall and up the side of the home or through the ceiling and roof.

DuraTech Chimney Pipe features a .020" thick inner wall and .016" outer wall, one of the thickest inner walls in the Class A chimney pipe industry. U.L listed to UL 103 HT and ULC S604 allows for a 2" clearance from combustible material when passing through the wall or ceiling. No need to construct a large space consuming masonry chimney.

Note: The pipe overlap for the DuraTech chimney pipe is 1 1/4". Subtract 1 1/4" for each pipe connection for the length.
