ceramic spacers a problem

The ceramic spacers are very fragile. Drop one and it might shatter. Suggest you end a few extras in each package. The screws should be self tapping. Had difficulty holding the spacer, the heat shield and hitting the drilled hole. Also, a set of directions would have helped as it was a learning process to hold all of the parts and hit the predrilled hold with the screws.

I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. Ordered it on Friday and it arrived on Sat. However, it did have several broken spacers. I called for replacements, but haven't seen them as of yet. (2 days since calling customer service.) Customer service was very helpful.
